Our approach.
While Capacent acts as a catalyst and guide, the organization itself must take responsibility for the change. As a part of our Change Management Initiative we offer workshops, training, and educational games to establish a profound understanding of lean philosophy within top and middle management. From there it must then diffuse throughout the organization and involve all personnel. Thus we propose a stepwise introduction of lean principles, allowing the organization to mature gradually, as a parallel process to the various improvement activities that take place.
